Our home wouldn’t be what it is today without John. With his extensive knowledge he made our thoughts and designs a reality. What we found amazing and very rare was he cared about our home as much as we did.

John had an extraordinary ability to see options and design features of our old style home that we couldn’t see - which he then consulted with our architects, builders, earthmoving contractors, plumbers, electricians, concretors, formworkers and all finishing trades to refine and make our home magnificent.

Not only did he make our renovations seamless, he also guided and helped us with any challenges that occurred throughout all our projects. This was especially valuable when dealing with building and civil construction aspects - such as challenges with old footings, retaining walls and ways to connect new structures to our existing home. We never felt alone throughout our renovations and his ability to foresee issues was so valuable. The way he uses his expertise to think outside the box, design and adapt was exactly what we needed.

He took all the stress out of renovating by meeting deadlines, fixing problems and coordinating all the trades. John has an extensive list of trades people that he can call on which saved an unbelievable amount of costs (we saved many hundreds of thousands of dollars) but also kept the project rolling smoothly with little to no lag time waiting for trades. This was a critical aspect of our project as many other people we knew couldn’t access trades or supplies, and John seemed to always have an option that kept our project on time and under budget.
